5x120.65 on E28?

I found a set of Hayashi 16" rims, 5x120.65 bolt pattern though. I have a 87' 535is which is 5x120 (obviously) but I want to know if the .65 will make a problem with the wheel fitment?

It should bolt right on, unless the centerbore is smaller
