Alright, again with a few hits of interest, my car has still not yet sold. I've taken much of your guys advice on the pricing and I've set a price of $5500 which I believe is really reasonable price considering the amount of work that I have put forward into keeping this car is top shape.

Again let me add in a bit of information on this car. I have replaced and serviced a lot of the items on this car. I have invested almost $30,000 into this vehicle and I have reciepts to prove this (Email for the spreadsheet). This car has been a project of my father and mine ever since I was a child. It has been part of my childhood and has been primarialy driven by my father. I myself have only had the pleasure of owning this car for about one year ever since the passing of my father. Furthermore I am heading off to Purdue next year and out of state tutition is a bit pricy. I am hoping that financial aid and some of this money can go forward to my education.

Onto the car, it has 176xxx miles on it. We've (my family) have been the second owner of this car since 1995. My father has vigorusly taken care of this car and some of this shows in the modifications done to the car. These include:

Maintenance for this vehicle has been work on by Leo Franchi of Midwest Motorsports. He is a reputable technician as well as a driver. You can read some of this articles on "BMW Enthusiast's Companion"

K&N intake, Dinan chip, B&B triflow, Bilstein sport shocks, M-tech springs, Port and polished intake/head/exhaust manifold (I have reciepts to prove), Racing Dynamic RGR 16x8 on P-zero nero's,

Some other upgrades include:
Hella euro code headlamps (non sealed beams), Blaupunkt sound system (PC component speakers, sydney headunit), Polyurethane thrust arm bushings, pagid pads, and much more

Beautiful car. Good luck with the sale. I would take the car but I need to sell a 99 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Are you interested in a trade?

The interior pictures show A/C. But I don't see the line under the hood. Is it hooked up and/or installed? I only ask because it is humid as hell in NC. Sweet car man.

Oh, one more thing: Has the transmission ever been rebuilt?

Hey sorry about not replying, it's been a while since I've checked this tread. I was just about to bump it, but I'll answer some of your questions.
Thanks for the '99 Jeep, but I think I'm going to have to pass on that at this time. I'm just looking for some money for college and stuff.

The car has A/C in it (unfortunatly), and everything is hooked up and works.

The transmission has been rebuilt (these ZF 4HP 22 arew prone to failure and luckily it's been rebuilt before a failure has happened.)

Alright, so I had a potential buyer whom was supposed to come and pay for the car and pick it up today, but I guess he's a no show. So this car is once again back up for sale.
