WTB 2002/2003 540 Sport w/low miles

Looking for a 2002 or 2003 540i Sport with less than 50k miles - ideally, under 40K. Some remaining warranty or CPO is a huge bonus. I like most of the colors and interiors. I've got $25K to spend on the right car. Not interested in anything heavily modded.

Anyone have one or know someone who does? It must be in top condition!

I have an 03 540 sport black on black all options but pdc. Auto as well.
I have 37k on it I just bought in aug. I have all the cpo left and I bought the maint package as well, so brakes, wipers oil changes etc...are paid for. I really don't want to sell it but I need an suv for the family. So I'm looking at X5's.
New tires in september. New hood(fan exploded) no surprise on those cars. I have nav as well with the latest software version and 07 navteq. The car is money $$. I love it but the wife is pushing on this so I'm going to probably have to let her go. Let me know if you have any questions:buttrock
