After finding the car I've always wanted, after two months of ownership, I'm forced to sell. Unexpected bills/ taking on too many payments is forcing me to sell. I also have an 04 Ducati Multistrada 1000 DS for sale as well.

Anyway, I bought this car in Augusta from a forum member not too long ago.

The car has about 104K on it now. Asking price is 13,000, but will entertain other offers such as trades for a similar 328/325/e34 wagon or sedan

Paint is in great condition with the exception of some rock chips on the front grill area. The drivers seat has minimal wear on the side bolster, other than that, the leather is perfect. The car runs and drives like new, the car pretty much speaks for itself, it's solid. It needs nothing mechanically and throws no codes. Everything electrical works on this car. I am aware of the water pump being changed twice in the past, the previous owner was an Audi tech, and cared for the car himself, so it has minimal service records.

They made them as manuals too, but most of them that I have seen for sale have been automatics.

A non-automatic, non-luxury package, non-sunroof Byzanz M3 is pretty damn rare.

If I was closer to you, I'd consider entering serious negotiations with you, even if it meant dumping my current car.

RexI was the winning bidder on eBay. I also happen to be the person who owned the car before Byzanzical (i didn't have it but for a month which is why he probably didn't list me as a previous owner). It's a great car and seeing it back up for sale, I bid on it. I did not flake, but he did not feel good selling the car that cheap, and I am not going to hold him to it if he doesn't feel okay with it. That's just an asshole thing to do.

I'm totally okay with him giving it a couple more weeks to see if he can pull a realistic price for the car. When I was selling it I had offers across the country from between 12.5k and 15k. After I sold it I ended up getting an offer for over 15k. A car like this just takes time to sell, and trying to sell it in a hurry will cause it to go for less than it is worth (you can see the eBay auction for proof of that).

I am referring arakele to this thread as he is in the market.
