Paint is in good shape. Hood and front bumper replaced by previous owner due to rock chips. There are some minor knicks and scratches around the car. There is also a slight dent in the drivers door, can be seen in the pics. It has been popped back out, but still somewhat noticeable up close and at the right angles, paint is still good and shiny. No rust.
Wheels:

Offsets: ET 13
Bolt Pattern: 5-lug 120 mm
There is some rash and nicks on these rims which can be seen in the pics, but still in overall good shape.

245/40zr18 w/ at least 50% tread left
There is a slight vibration from the drivers front, which I believe just to be an out of balance tire.
Interior:
New sunroof motor
new drivers' window regulator
new floor mats
I would rate the interior condition a 6 out of 10. It is worn, but there are no rips or tears in the seats, floors, or headliner (rears are in excellent shape). Headliner is in good shape. Dash is in good shape. The tape deck cover has a crack in it.
Missing some pixels on the gauges readout, maybe just a few, but still readable.
Engine/Mechanical:
Engine and transmission run strong and smooth. Replaced - fuel pump, fuel level sender, fuel filter, water pump, thermostat, 02 Analyzer, 02 Sensors, Magnaflow catalytic converters, valve cover gaskets, valve covers repainted, cabin filters, windshield washer pump.
Suspension/Brakes:
H&R Springs
Bilstein Shocks on the front (stock rears)
Front tie rods and alignment within last few years
Zimmerman front rotors w/ pads about a year ago
ATE Rear rotors w/ Mintex Red pads 5 months ago
This car looks very good driving down the road and I receive a lot of compliments on it. Here are a few minor issues that I know of with the car right now that I want to disclose:
Airbag light is on from when the regulator was replaced in the door. Needs to just be reset by a dealer or someone with a reset tool, all airbags are good and functional. There is a vibration from the drivers' front area which I believe to be a wheel out of balance and just needs to be re-balanced by a tire shop. I have not had the time to fix these few minor issues lately. Other than these, the car is in excellent shape, and as you can see, these are very minor.
