I've looked at litterally hundreds. Got prices on five. Dispite how much I've searched, I have yet to find anything that stirs me as much as these:

http://www.fikse.com/images/profil5s.jpg

Just can't find a flat, split five spoke with a lip other than replica M pars. Which I don't want. And I cannot justify spending 3,800 dollars on a set of wheels.

I hate wheels.

What rims do you have now?? lol

Fikse more like $$$$$$ that I don't have.

Those wheels are worth more than my car, I bet.

Or maybe it's HREs that I'm thinking of.

I hate wheels too, SB, and I don't blame you.

What a sexy choice. But, BBS RS on a slammed Z4 = omgomgomgomg.

I need some new wheels, and have looked at hundreds and yet can't find any that suit my car as well as my LTWs.

I like the Enkei RPF1.. which looks similar to that, but they only make them with a 4x120 bolt pattern in a 19 inch rim. I might go to 18s.. but I would never do 19s

Disagree all you want. Go, buy them. Roll your fenders, streach your tires to fit them. But I will not. I don't like them at all.

you mean style 5s?

you can get bbs rs that fit just fine i thought...

I remember that ... the agony of finding a wheel you really like that is strong enough to put up with the abuse of driving and doesn't require you babying it every day.

you think that's bad? i can't justify spending $700 for csl reps.... i'm rather broke

I don't have tons to spend so I'm probably going the cheapo route with Kosei K1's...hopefully I won't break the spokes anytime soon. I have also considered Style 5's which would be pretty unique for my car. I think most wheels will be better looking than the style your car came with, they are sort of funky imo.

Just wait until some fickle buyer with more money than sense buys a set then decides 'the grass is always greener' and wants something else. Then you can get them for less.

If you've got an ebay account, they've got a search that will run daily for up to 90 days and notify you via email if anyone lists a set. You can renew the search after 90 days. Be patient and you might get what you want.

What do you guys think of the wheels on my car (below in my sig)?

I believe they are made by RPM, and they came with the car....I actually love them, but I'm a real sucker for deep dish rims.

They are never for sale. I've been searching for months. But I'll do that Ebay thing, thanks for the suggestion.

I agree for a lot of cars, but not my Z4.

Too common, otherwise a beautiful wheel (I'd get OEM though)

Yeah, it's hard to find an imperfection in those or the FM5! Fikse makes great looking wheels.

I really don't like the bend the spokes of the Breyton does, otherwise they look great.

I think I'm just going to hold out for the real deal, get some cheap OEMs for the track for the time being. I just dont' think I'll be happy unless I get those Profil5s.

I'm in the same boat. I've been looking at hundreds of wheels, finally found a set on the Bay that I really liked, just waiting now to find out if they come in a 17" and if I can get a staggered set. Fortunately I didn't find anything in BBS, Fikse, Kinesis, Momo etc., etc. that I really liked. Good luck

SB: Geez you're picky!

My vote goes with the AC Schnitzer Type IV wheels. Hotness!

I'm with ya bud. Finding what you want at the right price is a real pain. I WANT Alpina Classics. I had to settle for Style 32's. I just couldn't justify the costs of the Alpinas. Good luck to ya.

A price for an 18x8 is $818 is that per wheel? You guys also start at 18, I'd prefer 17s.

I'm really thinking about these:

We could offer you the 18 x 8 for $650 per wheel in standard finish.

I'm considering the BBS VZ in 17x8. Those are a nice wheel, but not my perfered size. I'll think about them.

Where in So Cal are you? I can check stock for the VZ tomorrow if you like. I have a feeling they are discontinued though.

If you decide to get wheels we do offer a wide variety of tires at discounted prices as well.

We do mount and balance with the latest state of the art Road Force equipment

Shoot me an email about the VZ's at eric@supremepowerparts.com and I would be happy to check stock in the a.m.

Thanks
