Both my wife and I are fairly short and the shoulder harness rubs us across the neck. I have seen the plastic (read cheap) things that hold the harness so it doesn't do it, but am looking for something a little nicer. Any suggestions?

TIA

what I am looking for is something that goes down by the buckle that holds the shoulder harness close the seatbelt, effectively moving the point of attachment closer the center, which in turn gets it off my neck.

hmm...a cg lock moves it...but only by about 1.5-2 inch or so
