Looking for someone who knows about fixing rust on a 2002

Does anyone have time to look at some pics and give me your opinion on how serious this rust is, if I should buy this car, can this rust be fixed and if so how much (roughly) it would cost to get this car fixed and made rust free and totally repainted? Basically, should I buy this car and how much would I have to put in it to get it "rust free" and a collectable. I appreciate any and all input.

Take a look at this site; 2002tii-restoration, then take a look at the car again. (Sorry, I'm not able to post a link. Try Googling the title) Getting it to be a decent daily driver is very different from getting it to a "rust free" collectable status. This shows you how much work the latter can be.
