is it like 30x7x2.75 and looks like a turbo intercooler not the radiator style the reason i ask is because i have a 325 and there is no way it is going to fit with my stock bumper!!! unless i cut the sh&t out of it! if a m3 bumper will fit then i will buy the bumper tomorrow but i want to know before going any farther.

i just talked to osh a couple hours ago he has been very helpful but he says im the first to have one of these on a 325 and did not know it would not fit. I would think it will fit with the m3 bumper as yours look very nice.

i think i can see the difference, in the middle of your bumper it comes out about a inch im i wrong? my bumper is flat against the bumper support all the way across. if i had that inch i would be alright i think

I have basically the same one MRMARSH has. You can buy them on Ebay for about $200. They have 1/2 npt inlet and outlet, though, and I think the RMS may use 3/4 npt. They are widely used to upgrade the stock single pass on supercharged Fords. I think the size is more like 22 or 24 x 7 x 3 (3 for the tanks and about 2 for the core). This is about all that will fit without cutting, unless maybe you used one that was not as tall and set it back further.

Here's mine...it's sitting behind the mesh
the heat exchanger is installed onto the bumper itself by the heat exchanger bracket.
you have to drill couple of holes on each side of the Heat exchanger. and secure it with couple of bolts.

I have had it on for only about 2 months and have a pump leak that I need to fix first -- I have not had the chance to do any measurements. The guy who sold mind has been making them for the supercharged Fords for several years as an upgrade to the stock Ford Mustang units. The $200 Ebay one is pretty much identical in measurements to the RMS. Total volume does seem to be small, definitely under a gallon, and I would like to look into a resevoir, but have not found an inexpensive one that holds 2-4 quarts that would be easy to fit.
