Best way to attach or post a pic?

Anyone know the easiest way to do so?

I began with a quick reply... see below.. then I clicked on "go advanced" button below the reply entry box and selected the paper clip to attach a photo....I then selected browse (inserted address on my harddrive) to select a photo (which I had edited in advance to 750 by 1050 pixels and a low resolution to get the image size just under 150K).

After clicking on upload I was able to insert the photo.

I just saw on another thread that you need 100 posts minimum to have access to posting of photos.
