New baby and the M5 isn't big enough? Odd... what size of vehicle are you looking for?

Waiting for pics!
I just got out of the M3, been looking at the M5's...

I've got my eye on a used MB S55. Also looking to make the change to an automatic transmission. Maybe I'm getting old...

I'm also located in NC, so a bit closer than MN... I should probably edit my location.

Anyway, would like more detail on the car, maintenance history, etc. Any recalls been taken care of, etc. Title clean?
and those pics.

Thanks brah.

Yes, my M5 is still for sale. I will have lots of pics this weekend. Let me give you guys some more background info on the car. Overall the car is in excellent shape. Paint is great, no scratches etc. Never been in an accident. The interior is immaculate and the leather looks like new. I just had my rims refinished so they look like new. (my wife drove the car a few times and brought me home some road rash) I bought the car with approx 47k miles. I am the second owner and yes it has a clean title. I replaced the clutch and had inspection 2 done. I switched to dustless brake pads!! I also had the stock calipers painted red and the inner wheel hubs painted black. Really gave the car a fresh clean look. After reading several posts on the forums, mainly the m5 board, I decided to replace the MAFS just to be safe. I've never had any problems with the car. I've put about 10k miles on since buying it almost two years ago. I take a train to work so the car sits in my garage most of the time. I'm a car enthusiast. I had a 95 M3 for 3 years and then upgraded to my M5. It really is a fantastic car that has been well taken care of. All service on the car was done at Motorworks West in Wyckoff NJ. They are an authorized Dinan dealer and independent BMW specialist. I upgraded the navigation to the DVD based which came out on the 2003 M5. This was a $1000 upgrade. I also have a nice setup for anyone who owns an ipod. No wires or brackets anywhere. I simply place the ipod in the center console and connect the one wire. I can use the stereo controls or steering wheels buttons to do the rest. The info displays on the screen. Please feel free to ask me any other questions. I would tell you guys to come by and inspect the car in person if you lived locally.

Of course, disregard my sigature as I no longer own the M3. Never changed it as I spend most of my time on the M5 forum.

If your interested in more room maybe you'd consider my 01 E430 4matic. I've been thinking about getting an m5 next, so let me know if it has any appeal to you.

I'm very interested in the S class but hoping to get a car that has the speed of my M5. The 430 is very nice but I'm really looking for a 2003 S55 or S600.

I have a black/beige 01' S600 with 63k miles.. new 03' motor factory installed 11k miles ago. Meticulously maintained, professionally detailed, premium gas, etc, etc. I opted for the S55 AMG wheels, I think they're better looking than the S600 wheels. Car is a rocket and feels like your riding on air. Cosmetically and mechanically mint. New brakes all around, also factory installed. Navigation, xenon, etc. Heated, cooled, and massage seats front AND rear, basically the car has everything.

I guess you can say it's an 01' S600 with 11k miles, everything factory installed so the realibility is not an issue.. so I would want some cash with the M5 if your interested.

Hey fair enough, my little Merc is quick but it's no M5:) Good luck finding the car you want, by the way you might want to check www.mbworld.org, they have a lot of owners that are sometimes interested in trades.
