just wondering has anyone with clear tail lights & clear bulbs ever got crap from cops for not having yellow turn sig. bulbs

just one other thing how do you put pic's in the posts i dont see a link for it.

Ive never gotton hassled by the cops for that but I have heard stranger things.

Ive had the stock orange bulbs in my clears ever since I got the car. I really dont mind the look. I think you can lightly spraypaint the bulbs with a mist of silver and it will work, they will still light up orange.

dot says you need amber bulbs and proper reflectors that reflect in the right color from the right angles. euro clears (at the least the fronts) can be had with the amber bulbs, but usually not the reflectors.

just remember that volvo puts clear turns in OEM... and if you get shit about it, tell the cop BMW does the same. =)
