n00b with a 1999 323i

Sup guys apparently I cant post pictures. But I've got a E46 323i Sedan, 1999 Celica GT and a MKV GTI. Recently I've been trying to fix my turn signals. I replace the bulbs but they still go out. both the front turn signals are out and the car just looks weird. Can someone help me out?

PS. If a mod reads this, can I please have rights to post pictures?
