i'm shooting for local sales. i prefer them to look up close and personal so they know what they're buying.

I don't have time to smog it so buyer will be responsible.
That def. sounds shady, as if you tried to get it to pass but it failed. In CA this is the seller's responsibility and takes no more than 20 mins.

If a car without a motor or broke down, how does it get smogged. It's whatever the agreement comes to such as "AS IS".

easily surmised that the car will not pass smog w/the CEL (per faulty O2 sensors). seems the price more than reflects this condition. nice looking car, good luck w/the sale.
