Mods stay on car, so please no offers to part out.

Assume the lease on my Bavarian Beauty, a loaded 2006 M3.

There are only 8471 miles on the vehicle, which means as of today you will get 17,262 miles per year. Try walking into a loaded 2006 M3 with 17,000 miles per year for 28 months in which they pay you $1000 cash back. The effective monthly payment with the $1000 cash I give you is $863.68. You would have to pay at least a $7000 down payment to get these lease terms. I’m driving the X5 for the winter, so she’s waiting for you! Here’s the specs:

·I WILL DRIVE ~600 MILES TO MEET YOU!!

·Currently 8471 miles on vehicle.

·SMG (Sequential Manual Gearbox)

·Silver Gray with Black Leather

·8 month old Baby

·$61845 sticker

·Garaged

·Non-Smoker!

·19” Wheels

·Premium Package

·Cold Weather Package

·Bi-Xenons

·NAV

·Harmon-Kardon Premium Sound System

·Alarm

·Formula One Ceramic Tint

·Laser Jammer

·Hardwired for Escort radar products

·Ümnitza Predator Chromium Angel Eyes

·Höen Xenon Fogs

·AC Schnitzer E-Brake

·AC Schnitzer Carbon Fiber Gauge Trim

·Euro painted side-reflectors

·Stealth Side bulbs

·Upsized Toyo T1R 245/275 tires

·Option to buy original Pilot Sports with ~ 2000 miles on them

·Personally Customized NAV logo with “Accept” button deleted.

·I will personally customize your Nav logo for you for free, revert to stock, or keep what I have.

·Free Autoguard Insurance. Autoguard protects you for end of lease wear & tear. You get to claim $500 per item up to a maximum of $5,000 total. You will not have to buy new tires when you turn in the lease, or pay for chips and dents you might encounter along the way. This is an awesome deal.

·This baby has been fed nothing but the finest fuel on Planet Earth. I have used Shell V-Power® 93 high octane (95% of the time), and Sunoco Ultra 94® (5% of the time). I bought $5 of BP 93 once because there was not a Shell station around.

·I followed the Break-in procedure meticulously. Keeping below 4300 rpm for first 600 miles. I then hit a max of 5500rpm until 3500 miles. Yes, I did go over rpm’s accidentally a few times but it was not by much and maybe 6 times max. I made an appointment for its 1200 mile break-in service around 1100 miles. Around 3500 miles I slowly increased rpms, until now she is fully broken in and ready to unleash the fury. It is well worth the wait to break in the M3 correctly. This allows future owners to share in the enjoyment. Every now and then I do hit redline and give her a workout.

·I do not subscribe to BMW’s 12,000 mile oil changes. The ///M brand is a different beast and should be treated differently. The oil and filter were changed again at ~5000 miles. I used Castrol TWS Motorsport 10W-60 and a BMW OEM filter.

·I also follow the warm-up procedure every time I drive her: I start the car and drive (no idle). I do not exceed 3000rpm until oil temp passes 175º. I stay below S3 until temp passes 120º (or temp warning light goes off). I do not exceed 5000rpm until temp reaches ~200º.

·I drive on the street in S4 and barely use S5. S6 is too jerky and hard on the tranny, IMO. This car has been launched ~4-5 times.

·I use nothing but the finest cleaning products on the market and have only washed the baby by hand. I have used both Klasse and P21s, with awesome outcomes.

I don't understand....you're paying somebody else $1,000 +

looks like he's trying to give incentive to take over his lease. if he tried to sell the car back to the dealer he'd be in the hole way over a grand.

That sounds like a very fair deal for someone. I wish that someone was me, but I'd have to sell one to fit it:(
