M3 paddle shifters

Newbie here...Was just wondering where I could find OEM paddle shifters? Are there part numbers that I can just go to the dealership to order them? Let me know...

As far as I know they only work with SMG, but I may be wrong. ModBargains.com has an expensive set for sale.
