Getting a new clutch and going to have the shop do new tranny mounts and the shifter-resting-at-fifth-when-the-tranny's-cold fix. Anything else I should get them to do while they're in there?

Evo III short shift kit maybe? Shifter bushings? Oh, and CDV (Clutch Delay Valve) delete.

Maybe a new shift linkage pivot.
That little foam plug adds a lot of slop when it's worn out.

I was under the impression that the shift kits weren't so difficult to install. I had it on my mental DIY list. Do they require dropping the transmission?

I'd check and replace the flex disc if it looks suspect as well.

In addition to checking/replacing the guibo, may as well have them inspect the driveshaft center support bearing and give the transmission fresh fluid if it hasn't had any in a while. With everything else on that list.. it sounds like you should have a good comprehensive service. :)

Are the guibo & driveshaft center support bearing any more accessible for having the tranny out? The motivation here is really just to bundle repairs & maintenance in a way that saves money.

If the tranny is coming out, all that is easy.

Yes, it would be beneficial to do the guibo and center bearing if you're having the tranny worked on. Otherwise, it's a bit of labor to get to them. Not a ton, but more than an oil change.

Thanks guys, this is all good info. Keep it coming. I'll edit the OP at the end with a complete list.

Pretty much what people have said; guibo, CDV delete, and maybe add a stainless steel clutch line onto there as well while you're at it. If the tranny is already coming out, the labor on top of that shouldn't be that much, if any at all.
