Hello all, just wanted to introduce myself. My names Pat and I've recently restored my e34 from it's front end collsion ICBC writen off status to my new daily commuter. She's taken me about 4 months to restore, as I unfortunatly have only a limited amount of time (usually my Saturdays) to really get my hands greasey with her. She's an 89 and a bit of a beast right now. But with some love and effort I'm sure she'll be fully restored to her former Beauty soon enough. I'll be posting pictures of my project when I can get them downloaded to my computer, but I just wanted to offer greetings to all. I'm extremly happy to have joined the rank and file of proud Bimmer owners. Anyway, I'll post more soon. And thanks again for taking the time to read this.

While the engine is in really good running shape... she's spilling out a healthy amount of coolent down the from of the engine right now. Any suggestions as to where to look for this problem? It was suggested that maybe it's the pump about to go, but when I checked (rather quickly in the dark : ' S) I couldn't see/feel any moisture around it.

I always like to see a nice car brought back from the dead. A salvage title means nothing if you do not plan on selling the car. I've had a few cars that had a salvage title and were all sold to a friend that helped with the build.
