I picked up this car on thanksgiving day (yep), but I didn't have a camera. Now I've got one, but I can't figure out to keep the damn thing from smearing the pictures... it's insanely sensitive to movement. :( So, I apologize in advance for the headache.

Since I got the car I've put on bilstein sport shocks and H&R lowering springs (the original shocks were bad, so I just decided to upgrade :D) I got LED tail lights and projecter's with angel eyes, but I haven't wired up the halo parts. This is pictures from yesterday with everything I've done so far... enjoy... if you can get past the blurriness...

BTW, if anyone's got suggestions on how to get my camera not to be so blurry (I have a pretty steady hand and I didn't have a problem with my last camera) that would be great...

Not bad! Not feeling the tails, and I can see a few LEDs out.

Interesting that you have 540i wheels...

Also, I'd debadge it, looks cleaner IMHO.

Congrats, and black is always a great color.

Nice ride. I feel the same way as 4500RPM about the tail lights.

Nice to see a black E34 again, seems like the Alpine's have been stealing the show lately. Definitely a Clean ride man, not so sure about the LED tails as the others said.

As for the camera, I would try to lightly tap(like halfway down) the capture button to let it focus and then hold it down until its done taking the photo. Not sure if that will work with your camera, it works like that with mine. You also might want to look at the manual that came with the camera.

Looks fairly clean.

If you want better photos, get a tripod. You can also check out my fathers photography forum at www.dgrin.com for tips.

I don't eat corn flakes anyways... I never even eat breakfast at all for that matter. :D

Actually though, I checked my tails tonight and none of the lights were out. Maybe just a low voltage fluke, my battery is on it's last leg (I think it's the original). My radio goes to code every time I start the car... :dunno

Thanks. It's got that light grey/off white interior. Don't know what it's called. I have no idea on the options. I'm new to the E34 so I don't really know what to look for.

Actually, I haven't hooked up the angel eyes yet (they require separate wiring) I almost feel too lazy to do it at all... I like the way the lights look now. :)

And, I'm not planning any more mods right now, except maybe new rims... I do like the clean look.

The interior is Dove Grey. Nice color, almost white. Just keep the leather clean and condition it often! E34s have pretty nice leather.

And don't feel pressured to turn on the Angel Eyes. I personally do not care for them and rather like the look you have going right now. :)

As far as future mods, keep your ambers but basically go for the look that SC David has going on. Or Kessler. Hell, there's a ton of nice black E34s here!

Looking good! I actually think those LED tails look pretty nice, just as long as you get all the LED's lighting up. Keep us updated!

They're really not that bad, just have a bit of that crystal look. Also hope all of the LEDs work.

wow very nice car! Only thing is the tails - I like the led look but these ones look a little cheapy. Admittedly if I had them, and if they worked well, I would keep them. But if I had problems I would look to replace with oem.

Try diff. light settings for the camera.

Yeah it looks like the ones that are blurry are all the ones that have your headlights. Not being an expert photogropher I would suggest turn the headlights off or perhaps your camera has a setting to compensate. The lights are of course very bright relative to background so you're tweaked out on dynamic range.

Just get a tripod. You can avoid the blurring by increasing your ISO speed but that will result in some graininess. It's a tradeoff.

Thanks, that's the setting I was looking for. In the end I will probably just get a tripod.

Oh, and thanks for all the kind comments guys, if I do any more mods I'll post them up. Also, the LED's seem to be working just fine now. Don't know why they went out that time... :dunno
