Privat Kraftwerk offset...

I'm looking at getting some Privat Kraftwerk 18" x 8.5" They come in two offsets 15mm and 35mm. I'm not real sure what offset is, but would it affect the lip of the wheel. If so could I run a different offset in the back to have a bigger lip. Thanks...

Correct, but the +15mm wheels will give you a deeper look.

If you have coilovers and dont mind running stretched tires, I say roll and pull your fenders and have at it :D

Yes that was exactly what I was wanting to know. Would the different offset make the lip deeper? What kind of stretch would be. I dont have coilover now, but I hope to get them soon...
