That looks pretty sexy. Unfortunately it's not offered as a choice here in the states. Maybe someone who did ED can chime in and let us know if there are any other options with ED delivery.

How do I get either one of those two color options in leather with the black trim on the dash/door?

Lemon is an E90 color, Jade grey is an E92 color. I'm not sure of US orders for an E92 Jade Grey but Lemon is available in the US on E90's for 2007 as a priority 1 option. Priority 1 just means dealers can't order it without having the car marked as sold in the order system.

I have an E90 335i, Monaco w/ Lemon on a ship, scheduled to arrive in Port Huemene on Dec 15.

Jade Grey looks awesome in the E92. I wish it was avail in the US, even if as priority 1 option.
