Just ordered a coupe today! A few things I have learned that may help if you are negotiating a lease with a dealer. The "stealer" can mark up several factors in the lease.
BMW FS lease acquisition fee (non-negotiable) is $625. The dealer is allowed to mark this up $200. This is pure profit for the dealer. The dealer can also mark up the lease money factor (more profit for them). You can search the web and find the current money factor BMW FS is offering on a particular model and lease term to see how much the dealer is marking it up. BMW FS does not adjust the money factor based on your credit. Negotiate the discount off of MSRP along with the above items to get your best lease deal. There are a lot of good lease calculators on the web but be careful with the sales tax as some states (including Ohio) calculate it differently. Edmunds has a good example of a lease calculation so you can calculate it by hand if you would like.
The car by the way is:
Manual tranny
Sport package
Leather seats
Heated seats
Comfort access
Titanium silver, black leather, aluminum trim
