Will this wheel /tire combo fit my e36 M3?

7.5x17 35mm o/s with 225/45R17 tires.

Stock o/s is 41mm. These wheels will push out another 6mm.

Do you think it will work out for me on a lowered M3?

You will be fine with that tire size

It should. But it would probably be safer if you roll your fenders in just to be sure.
