Can i run this wheel/tire setup (CSL's)

Can i run a set of 19" CSL Competition Package Wheels, non-staggered (4 fronts) with 235/35 PS2's?

I'm on stock fenders, and H&R coilovers.

What modifications/spacers would i need to do?

All 4 fronts should be fine. May need a small spacer to clear the front struts.
