I'm looking to put on 275.35.18 and 245.40.18 on a set of Rondell 58's on an 03 E39. Do you think I will have any rubbing issues ???

What are the wheel widths? You should be fine as long as the offsets are in the correct range for your wheel widths. If car is aftermarket lowered, you may possibly rub on the rear fenders in certain conditions

They are Rondell 58's 18x8.5 ET 13 and 18x10 ET19 . I was thinking of doing a 245.40.18 in the front and a 275.35.18 in the rear. Should i have any rubbing issues in the front or the rear?? Thanks veryy much for your help.

You should be fine up front. The rears may be close due to the +19 offset and 275 tire.

Make sure that wherever you buy the Rondells they come with he proper hub centric rings for your cars axle. Mine did not and not knowing I had intermittent vibrations for a year. Wheel Exchange either didn't know or didn't bother to include them. :shifty

Do I need hub centric rings on it?? and if so what is the purpose of the hub centric rings??

Make sure the hub bore of the Rondell's you're getting are 74.1mm, that is the E39 hub bore. All other Bimmers have 72.6mm hub bores. In order to fit a wheel with the E39 hub bore on another model Bimmer, you have to use hubcentric rings to fill in the gap.

you should be fine with the 275 in the rear - I'm running a 265 in the rear right now and I still have a decent amount of clearance

I have 275's mounted on a 18 X 9.5 rim with 22mm offset which is the factory setup for the M5. When the suspension is loaded the tire rubs a little. I am told if I switch to the M5 wheel liners this will fix the problem.

You will DEFINITELY be fine in putting 275's in the rear of an E39, especially with only 18's. As long as your offset is correct the car definitely won't rub at stock height. My dad and uncle both drive E39's with 19" rims and they both have 275's in the rear and have never had a rubbing issue, even though they have 540's with sport suspension.
