I just got my car filmed. There is not one defect. I have film on my Vette and had it on my Lightning. This is the way to go to protect the front of your car.

For those in the Tampa FL area contact: Auto Paint Guard [ryan@autopaintguard.com]. He did this install at my house. He does an excellent job.

Looks good, do you still detail it the same?

Yes. You treat the film just as you would the paint. Apply a good wax or sealent and it will shine just like your paint does.

If you get some wax build up on the edges some detail spray on an MF towel should remove it.

Do mind telling how much you paid?
Also, in those pics it appears visible where the clear bra stopped. Am i right or is it just the picture?

The Ventureshield installed was $700.

You will notice where the film stops on the hood and fenders from certain angles or if you are close to it. From 4-5 feet you won't notice it at all. With the Ventureshield you will not see the edges on the front bumper as it goes right to the edge of the area being covered.

I have it on my 1998 M Roadster. In 8 years it has prevented a lot of damage given that I still have zero chips. Works wonders.

I really don't bother getting the wax and other crap out of it so now the line is much more visable but not really a big deal.
