How long from En Route to Dealership???

Waiting for my ordered 335i. I am from Texas and ordered it on 9/25. According to OC, it is En Route. Can anyone let me know approx. how long from when they ship it out to when it actually arrives at dealership? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hahah i would like to know this also, because my car has been " en route " for a while. But the dealer said it should be here on thanksgiving week, so im not worried. Also from what ive been reading around bmw tracking is a few days or a week off in information.

Your dealer has much more accurate information about where the car is at in the process. If it is "en route", he will know the ship's name, date of departure and estimated date of arrival. He can also tell you the seaport that it will arrive at. Each seaport has a website that tracks incoming vessels by name also and you can get the website name from Google.

Thanks for the help guys. Called the dealer and found out its scheduled to arrive in USA on 11/19. Almost here!

I posted this timeline on the can't believe the wait thread too....

Mine was ordered late September. The order was initially bounced by the factory in Germany because they didn't like the combination of options I ordered. According to the tracking website...It was "on order" from October 1 to October 14...It was "scheduled for production" on October 15...It was "awaiting transport" on October 24...It was "enroute" as of November 8th. According to my dealer, the transport ship will port in Savannah Georgia. The car will be sent by train from the port to the BMW factory in South Carolina (where they build Z-4s and X-5s) for inspection and preparation. It is supposed to arrive at the South Carolina factory on November 25th. It will be delivered by truck from South Carolina to dealer in Atlanta Georgia on or about November 30 or December 1.
