2003 330 wheels will it fit 97 M3 ?

I posted earlier on wheel fit thread.. but lack of replies forced me to post it seperately

Just want to know whether following set up will fit 97 M3. Will there be any clearance or any other issues?

Winter Tires -205/55R16 91
Wheels - 16" x 7.5 with Offset ET 38

These were used before in 2003 BMW 330

most 16's wont clear the brakes on an e36 m3.

are you sure they aren't 17s (i thought all 330's came with 17's)

OK.. these were non-stock wheels put on 330. So that is why it is 16.
But I guess if it clears 330 then it should clear 97 M3. what do you guys think:eek:
