need tire size help...

I'm picking up some new Falken Azenis RT-615's. Last time around I got 225/45/17's, but I'm not sure if I should go to 235/40/17's. I had no rubbing issues with the 225's but fear the 235's will cut it too close for comfort...my car is looooow. Thoughts?

235/40/17 are the stock size on the M3, so i doubt it. Though it also depends on the offset of your wheels, again at only 17in it shouldn't be an issue.

i think you'll be fine, i run mk-1 motorsport wheels 17x8.5front and 17x9.0 rear, with H&R sport cup kit. i run 225/45/17front and 245/45/17 fenders rolled, i swear i have like almost no clearance at all. there is an occasional rubbing when i go over a big bump...
