Ouch, that's going to hurt, MSRP new is $45k. Post pictures of your actual car, someone else's isn't going to cut it, it screams scam. You have to have 25 posts on here to post pictures, something about people signing up just to spam/sell items.;)

All the pics I have of my car are at night for one. I dont take pics of it like its my girl.. its a car. I dont have other BMW buddies we line em up and take photos with to put on myspace.

Also you can get these with all the same options I have out the door for 45,000? Wow, I didnt know that. You sure about that? I could have swore if you walked away with this one for around 43,000 that was a pretty good deal ..

I based this on the fact that 2 of the 5 335s that my local dealer has in stock are listed at $45k, and they're brand new. That's before any negotiation, these aren't exactly wait list hot ticket items. You do realize that on average, you lose between 10% and 20% of your car's value when you drive it off of the lot, right?

Sorry that you purchased a car you couldn't afford, on a lease no less, but don't try to play it off like you're doing someone a favor. Lease buyout does not equal fair market value, you're going to lose money if you want to sell it. One of the many reasons that leases are a ripoff. Also, good luck selling a car online for over $40k with no photographs.

Good thing you're on here to sell a car and not make friends. Good luck with the sale, but it would help to post pictures of your car, and to list any flaws (if there are any).

Obviously he's in sales. It's always a good plan to insult your audience, before you attempt to sell them something.

It may be, but this was three months ago. This charming fellow disappeared off the board one day after he posted this, and good riddance.
