i have a 98 318ti and my buddy has a 03 540i will his 18's fit on my 318ti??? the tire size for the rear is 265/35/18....please let me know before i waste my time trying them on.. thanks

No, tires are too big and the offset it too low. Will they bolt up, yes... but they will rub like all hell

I tried to put 5 series wheels on my 93 325 and even with the right tires size for a 3 series but the offset makes them rub. I could've rolled my fenders, but I went with different wheels instead. I think you'd be hard pressed to fit 265s
