Is there pricing for the 335 convertible already? I'm surprised that you're able to place an order.

Dealers will be happy to take an order and deposit without pricing being finalized.

Can we get more info on your convertible?
what price? lease rate? MF? etc?

More info.
I got just about all options except for the adaptive steering, and cruise control.
The dealer told me that the convertible is a $6000 option, so if you want to know how much your car will cost, just add $6000.
Right at 60,000 out of the door including all taxes.

6000 OPTION??
holy crap...

that's weird

compare other coupe/roadsters.. the diff is like 2K.

wtf?

i.e. compare the z4 roaders/coupe.. is it 6K? or it is and i'm dreaming?

Remember that it is a hardtop convertible! I am sure tha "new" technology calls for higher prices, but its no a big deal. In fact i don't mind paying a few dollars more for hardtop convertible:)

I'm very curious to how these 335i's will react to modifications.

I would love to mod this car. A friend of mine has a B5 S4, which is highly modded and extremley fun to drive. I am jst worried about warranty issues with modding, and also i have heard that there have been some turno problems already, so there could be a much greater possibility of the turbo's blowing up with a modded ecu, turbos, exhaust etc. . Just my own .02

How come on the bmw website it's still showing as a 'future' car?

when will it become part of the current collection?

good to hear u can order already. when is delivery?

You can place an deposit to get the convertible but no one in the US is placing any orders until they get pricing from which I was told JAN 2007 and that was a guess.
Also I was told by one of the ED experts that most likely $4000 would be the amount over the coupe. No one really knows yet but this number was based on England where BMW is accepting orders.
For what its worth I am hoping to order the new 335 convertible and I expect to pay around $50-51K for the car with the ED discounts and the BMWCCA arranged loyality reward from BMWNA...
Awesome car.....

Do some searches on here and the e90 forums. Only 1 big mod for the 335i is out rightnow which is the xede. But supose to make 330 whp and 370 foot lbs of torque. With exhaust and tune of course.
