How to remove center door panel and recover?

Hey i wanna pull the center door panel away from the whole door panel and recover them with diff material...Any good DIY's or tips on how to remove that center door panel

I've got my door cards out because the pockets and center sections were delaminating. I've glued the pockets back in but I've got black Alcantra I'd love to recover these parts in. The problem is the curves are pretty tight and deep so some professional techniques will be required to make it look right. I'm waiting to find out what those are.

Additionally, with both contact cement and Super 90 adhesives, they refuse to hold the center sections against the old vinyl on the door. There's a thin slick surface to the back of the fiber in the card that I've been sanding clean so it will stick. I haven't tried again since I still hold out hope to recover these sections.
