On a non-staggered set-up on stock 95 rims will 245's fit all around?

What size are my stock rims, 7.5 or 8.5?

width is 7.5 stock

I dont think 245s will fit, 235 is already pushing it imo.

go to 8.5s all around and you wont have any problem with the 245s

I think 95 stock wheels were 7.5in and I would go with 235/40/17 tires 245 might fit, i dont know for sure, and they would be strech.

I would go with 235's....but I just found a real good price on 245's.
