I can spend up to 12k for the perfect-for-me M3, and up to 8.5k for the perfect-for-me 328 or 325 (coupe or sedan)
Strongly prefer black leather
Prefer (in this order) exterior color of:
Arctic Silver
Imola Red
Jet Black
Cosmos Black
Avus Blue
Titanium Silver
Estoril Blue
Boston Green
HAS to be manual.
Lower miles is good, but not as important as THOROUGH maintenance records.
On an M3, these are the modifications I would do, and thus having them already is a nice plus - any other mods do nothing for me:
Clears
Ellipsoids
TC Kline or Ground Control Coilovers with 300/400 up to 500/550 springrates
AA, Eisenmann, SS, or Stromung exhaust
Software
Short Shift kit
Clutch Stop
CAI
Quality sound system/head unit
Tint (no darker than 20%, preferrably)
X-Brace
Nice Wheels (pretty open)
Very high quality alarm
SS Brake lines
In addition to the above, on a non M e36 I would do:
Mtech kit (M3 mirrors, front and rear bumper, sideskirts, mouldings)
M50 intake mani (on 328's)
Limited Slip Differential
Upgraded Brakes
If you car isn't exactly as described, that's fine. Let's take a look at it anyway. PM me or post in this thread! Looking to buy soon, but this will be my 5th online BMW purchase so I'm not going to jump into anything immediately. What I mean to say is, I'll have plenty of questions ;)
Thanks,
-Evan

Not my tastes - asking price is too high for what it is, IMO.
Thanks though - keep posting guys!

Very nice car, but price is rather high.
With mods, that car would probably bring 6k.

what's up man... did you buy your car yet?? i might be selling my 328 as i really can't afford it right now... as soon as i get rid of this stupid vibration, which i know is just a little thing and probably the wheels tires, i'll put it up for sale
i need to buy a cheaper beater type car for the next year or 2 until i'm done with college, and i've been looking at 85-867 944s... nice ones for ~$3-4K
anyway, we'll talk later online
