actually the vanos activates off idle and advances the timing until 5500rpm where it deactivates and timing goes back to normal from 5500rpm on up.
Its possible your vanos is stuck, but it could be almost anything really.
How are your spark plugs, coils, fuel filter, etc?

well actually everything is fine
spark plug , coils(new) , fuel filter good
but the mass flow meter is littl bit bad (dose it effect the vanos ??!! )
and still i had the existing problem
( the vanos unit is not stuck becouse i could feel the vanos start @ 5000RPM as i mentioned )
could anyone knows that if i could find ECU Chip or softwear that allw me to play with vanos timing ON/OFF

How do you get your vanos unstuck?

As previously stated, VANOS doesn't "open" @ 5k, infact it doesn't open at all.
It is energized from about 3k-5k, what you could be feeling is VANOS not deactivating after 5k, I don't know what this feels like nor how its possible.
You description of the symptom(s) is really vague, so it hard to pinpoint what's wrong. Could be ECU, cam pos sensor, maybe the actual VANOS unit, not sure. Report back with a more detailed description.

Is your E36 Euro? Otherwise you have a 92 non vanos, in which case something else is awry.

well
my car is non vanos and i have been convetred it to S52 with OBDI swap
every thing was great after the swap and a friend of mine gave me his #413 (RED sticker) DME becouse my DME could not start the Vanos @ what ever RPM !!
(it is #413 also)
now ofter i change it (the DME) for the very first days i could feel the power of the vanos when i'ts start :) and now i could feel that the car is throttled when the Vanos is ON @ 5000RPM
that's all

if you feel an increase of power at 5k, its because the vanos isnt working and 5k is the point where it normally turns off so the car just begins to work properly there.
What i'm saying is an undisputable fact. I'm monitored the solenoid signal and i've done dyno runs with and w/o vanos. it activates (advances timing for torque) right off idle and stays advanced until 5500rpm on the dot. This completely agrees w/ the Bently for those of us who like to RTFM :)
