My car looks like crap (I mean really bad, disgraceful) and hasn't been waxed in a long time, but the semester is almost over and finally I have a month and a half to fix my car up.

Just looking for some advice, and please give me any suggestions you might have.
Here is what I plan on doing in order:

Wash with dawn
Claybar
3M IHG (should I apply more than once?)
2-3 coats of Klasse AIO
2 coats of p21s

I have been told that if you are using P21s over the Klasse AIO then using the Klasse Sealant Glaze is not necessary. Would it be good to try the glaze first, or should I not bother with it?

Thanks,
Sam

Definitely use the Klasse Sealant Glaze - Quite a difference. Lasts longer, too.

I top it w/ P21S or Souveran: Click here for my routine (http://members.roadfly.com/lowtech/Instructions.pdf)

It's not "necessary" but I think it definitely helps to have a layer of SG inbetween the aio and the carnuba.

Just remember use it SPARINGLY! Even more so than the aio. Using too much sg or not letting it cure properly leaves streaks and hazing which is very difficult to get out.
LowTech is correct, don't mist the applicator with eagle one for sg, only for aio, makes correct application easier.

Wow, good memory. ;)
Didn't sell it.... how could I? Actually put in a new suspension.
I switched jobs so I haven't been posting that often.

I actually took it to a pro and let him have a go at it with a rotary, that definitely took care of things. Definitely was worth the money. I was able to maintain it over the summer with the products that I already had (zymol system & klasse) doing everything by hand.

I'm eager for the start of the detailing season again, its just way too cold now. I also don't really drive the car that often in the winter, no need to.

I just ordered a PC with all the trimmings, and I'm going to be converting to a zaino 3m system, I'm psyched :buttrock
take care
