What would you get between these M3's

I just found out that I will be starting an orthodontic residency in July. With this I will be receiving monetary compensation and I want to treat myself. Which of the following cars would you prefer?

E46 m3
E36 M3/4 w/ aa supercharger
E36 M3/4 w/ cams and such (like Brian Lieb's car)

I wish I could come across a nice euro E36 M3/4 but that's not likely. Give me your opinions. Thanks!!

Of course you are going to have a lot of ppl say to get the E36 with AA turbo but if you are smart, you will get the E46. Reason being; you WILL NOT get what you put into the E36. You are lucky to get 4.5k out of the turbo if you ever wanted to sell it. At a price of 10k, that is almost a 6k loss. Now lets talk about the depreciation of the E36, the E46 has some also, but it will not be as fast as the E36. Again, the reliablity issues also. The E46 comes with a warrenty, the AA turbo does not and you would have to ship it off to miami to have it fixed. I think that the E46 hands down is the best choice, IMO.

Upgrade your current car or get the E46 M3, i don't think you'll be too happy with getting ANOTHER E36.

Have fun though, you really can't go wrong with any of hte decisions.

I think M3/4's are badass but I am a little biased. Don't know about the turbo or cams. It's hard to justify $10k for a turbo but the power is hard to resist. You seem to have a decent amount of mods already, I would just build on that.

You obviously are one of us who wish BMW made an E46 M3 sedan. If money is not a problem then build one yourself.
