has anyone tried this package on ebay?

I am not looking for drilled or slotted, just reg rotors w good pads.

I know greatlakes is selling packages for $315, but they have had some bad reviews lately.
any other suggestions?

I don't know if I would trust ebay brakes. Have you looked at Pelican Parts? I think they are a tad more expensive, but this is for your brakes I wouldn't skimp in that area, especially if you track the car which it looks like you do.

Brake fitment isn't even the same from 87-99 (e30 was different than e36)... I'd be afraid of buying brakes off ebay. Brakes are your life, don't skimp or it could be your life.

What the others said. Don't skimp/take chances on brakes and tires. They're fundamental safety equipment. Order good stuff from a known vendor.

Since it looks like the Brembo well has dried up for our cars, I'd suggest the Zimmerman blanks...Bimmerworld has the fronts for 110/pr, etc. I've got the Hawk Ceramic street pads and they seem pretty good so far (~1K mi).

Try going to Autohausaz.com. You can get Zimmerman rotos F & R, Mintex Pads F & R, and both wear sensors for $322 shipped. You can pay more and get different pads or even order pads from elsewhere that migh carry a brand you like. I usually order my brake parts from them for their good prices and excellent service.

Try turnermotorsports.com look at the "euro floaters" for the front and stick with the stock rear. Hawk pads, stainless steel lines, and your good to go.
