Cracked Kosei K1, Warranty?

Will tirerack warranty these? It's a manufacturing defect.

I bought a set of K1 racing rims for my M3 awhile ago. So far 3 bent and I've have to purchase 3 more.

I just noticed that one of my new rims is cracked. It doesn't have a bend or anything.

What should I do?

I doubt TireRack is going to warranty them, they only warranty the finish. I am curious to see how it turns out. How did you bend the other three wheels?
