I'm looking for some new wheels and tires for my e36. With about 700 to spend. I'd prefrer to buy some nice used ones, possiblly OEM m's. I need something reasonably light weight. Smoked wheels are by far my favorite. What can i look for in this range? Contours seem pricier than i though even for used....whats a good brand to look for that is possible to find used at this price thats common on e36s?

If you mean you have about 700 per wheel to spend then I can help you out. Otherwise... your options are more limited.

I'm pretty sure 'cheap' and '700 per wheel' don't go together.

thats hard man, i know since im a college student too and ive looked for the same type of rims. the answer is there is none really lol. im sure you can get some really cheap rims with tires used somewhere, other than that i dont know if you can find what your looking for. what im doing is just buying the rims first, powercoat later, and when i have more money put on the tires.

You can find some nice looking wheels that are good quality and cheap. Check out Team Dynamics. I like their wheels. You can probably get some 17's for under $200 a piece.

Check out the Competition wheels. I like the Race 2.

Good luck!

And they are light too. Take a look at Kosei's as well. BBS LM replica's also look bad ass for the money.
