Can You Fix a Bent SSR Comp?

I recently hit a pothole and bent the lip on one of my 17x7.5 SSR competitions. I was wondering can a normal wheel repair shop fix the bend since the wheel is forged?

I thought the SSR comps were forged, maybe repairing a forged wheel with other methods would weaken it's structure.

Any shop can fix the SSRs. However, the fixed rim will be more likely to bend again.
