How about if you have the Shark Injector and don't have to shift until 7.5K?

Bob Tunnell has a nice spreadsheet that you can use to calculate the max speeds in each gear, and what changing your gear ratios will do to the max speed. Check out his web site at http://www.tunnellracing.com

62.9 x (7.5 / 6.8) = 69.375 MPH

You WILL damage the engine if your rev limiter is 7500 without valvework. 7000 is the rev limit with most chips. Its around 60 for me... i have a 3.2 with a 3.23.

Yeah, I would love to see what yours looks like with the clears. I kept the originals because I am in the "don't mess with perfection" frame of mind when it comes to asthetics. Plus I wan't to do as much as possible to be different from all the riceburners out there.

Mine has the sand (sorry 4got the official name) color. However I thought there were slight differences in the body style of the 96 and 97?
