New wheels HELP ME FIND TIRES

[E36 PWR]

well i just bought a set of AC Schnitzer II repros cuz im poor and could never afford real thing :-[
and no im not gonna put ACS wheel caps in it. ;)
the wheels are 18X8.5 and im running on stock 325is suspension
what kind of tires should i get
the last guy who had the wheels ran 225/40/18 on his E46
what u think i should run on these wheels

im thinking 225/40/18 in front and 235 or 240/40/18 in rear

I would not stagger the tires. You only make the car understeer more. The best fit is the 225/40R18 all the way around. If you do decide to stagger them you should run 225/40R18 and 245/35R18.
