making custom badges

question for the ppl that have made custom badges (ie 332, 550... etc)

how did u do it? im assuming if u use a tool to cut the numbers apart, the chrome will flake off... did you guys just re-chrome the area? any tips on how to do it?

i suppose with the newer badging, its not stuck together but... its a little small...

You can probably just mix and match numbers from different models in some cases.

I doubt the chrome will chip off. Use an extremely sharp sword to slice it in half. My "3" from my "325i" was seperated by Dinan when they made the badge, so I know it's possible.
