WTB: rebuilt M10 for '83 320i, in socal

my engine has over 200k mi and wants to be replaced... i'm looking for a rebuilt m10, hopefully slightly high-comp (head shaved .02"), cam, a few upgrades but nothing too major. let me know what you've got.

or if anyone has a non-rebuilt engine they'd want to give me a decent deal on let me know.

if it's still for sale, plans are changing... my 320 was totalled earlier this week on the way home from work... i guess i don't have to worry about my smoking engine now...
