EDIT: I retract the statement above. I took a closer look at the video and now see that it is a dual-tip... Sorry, jumping to conclusions.

EDIT 2: Another observation after reviewing the video. The exhaust note is similar to the E46 M3's "tinny" sound. What is up with that exhaust note? I really can't get used to it... Maybe it's because I'm so used to hearing my UUC TSEs sweet sounds.

Exactly what I was going to ask here -- it sounded kinda V8 to me...particularly when it wasn't so revved up. Sounded more like the M5's at the autocross this weekend. Beefy!

The smooth swooping trasition from the driver back has this sleek 'like everything else' look I absolutely despise.

This is like a Toyota Camry and Pontiac Bonneville with an S2000 front end... What's the deal? the europeans are supposed to lead the trends, now when they lead nobody wants to follow... and when they follow, it's just an overpriced Toyota. :(

i heard there was/is an online petition on one of the car designers im not sure wat the site is tho.
the car designer sux bad tho thats all i no he has been designin the Fooked up cars now a days.
well (hopefully) you guys will "grow" into likin the looks.
like most people thought of the new 740/745i they first thought of it as FUGLY.
but now they like it.
do you think you'll still hate it?!
