Im looking to get a set of coilovers for the street. Im not in to tracking...just want a nice firm ride @ stock height with the ability to easily adjust the firmness in the ride.
On the list are the Tein SS, KW Variant II's or III's ..... opinions on the KW's vs the Teins. or anything else comparable? best bang for the buck?

The other question is I have a set of UUC sway barbarians that I have not installed...was wondering if they are really needed in addition to the coilovers? Or will the coilovers and the stock sways to be enough to give that feeling of being on rails?

:confused

Honestly, I would think that you'll get a better answer in the E36 forum instead of asking about street suspension in the track/auto-x forum.

Lemme rephrase your question to a form which others have used in the past to get responses...

I am posting in here instead of the E36 M3 forum because I figure you guys know best and have gone through many setups

Im looking to get a set of coilovers for the street and occasional tracking...just want a nice firm ride @ stock height with the ability to easily adjust the firmness in the ride. I want something firm for track, but still feel good on the street and I want it to last a long time
On the list are the MOTON, Ohlins, JRZ, Tein SS, KW Variant II's or III's ..... opinions on the Motons vs the JRZs or anything else comparable? best bang for the buckMoney is not an issue here, just want the best out there for the money?

The other question is I have a set of UUC sway barbarians that I have not installed...was wondering if they are really needed in addition to the coilovers assuming I can change springs out from super stiff on track to super soft on street? Or will the coilovers and the stock sways to be enough to give that feeling of being on rails? I like to drive my car to the limits and I like to drive it HARD wherever I go
