I just picked up 4 style 68 rims, thought they were staggered, but it turns out i have 3 7.5's and an 8.5. What kind of problems will i have with running it as is until i can find a replacement 8.5 or 7.5?

318is is mine

i would think it would throw off your handling and wear down the tire at an odd angle but i odnt know very much so dont go by what i say lol find out what these other guys say they are alot smarter than me when it comes to this stuff im still learning...

mirek, I have exactly the same set up in the 2001 330ci that I just bought (Front 7.5 and rear 7.5 and 8.5). At least in my case the PO put the same size tire (225/45/17) all around. I found out that the other 8.5 rim was used as the spare tire. I don't feel any significant difference maybe because it's used in the rear wheel, or because I use same tire all around or maybe because I am new to BMW and I only drive it for my regular commute. Anyway, I am still considering whether to get 2 245/40/17 tires and use both 8.5 for my rear wheel or buy another 7.5 rim so I'll have 7.5 rim all around, can rotate all four tires and don't have to buy new tires. Decision...decision...

Thanks for the offer, but I am actually looking to buy 1 17*7.5 so I'll have 4 17*7.5 and 2 17*8.5. This way I can choose staggered or 7.5 all around depending on my mood.
