bimmerfest is probably best source of that information. Speak to one of the sponsoring dealers on that site. They usually give excellent MF's, and, a lot of times, you can find out the REAL bottom-line price (assuming a dealership is willing to make $0 on the deal).
Can you pm me what you get quoted for? I am assuming the lease prices of at least the mini cooper S should be favorable since the new one is turboed.

James?
I got the dealer to go back on what he said and cut the money factor down to .0024 using a different bank.. still curious about BMW FS's base rate though.
What is bimmerfest?
Are you back on the east coast? VIR in october????

I've seen MF's as low as 0.00202 (about 4.9% APR). What is the residual? 3 year it should be around 65-69% IIRC. I've seen as high as 72% as well; but, forget if it was a 2 year lease or not. I've been looking at MCS pretty hard core lately. I think the MC has a bit lower residual (not much) -- maybe 1-2% lower than the MCS.
I would probably start with mini2.com -- they have a lot of good info there.

Tip for anyone who might try to lease a mini: You DO NOT have to lease through BMW FS. They offer crappy rates on mini's. The dealer will try to tell you that you have to use BMW FS. That is BS.
